The Fine Print

  • Kansas sales tax will be applied to your total and a refundable $100 damage deposit will be added to all invoices

  • The damage deposit will be refunded to you within 72 hours of your party, if no damage is sustained. Additional damage beyond $100 will be the responsibility of the client

  • A 50% deposit secures your date and theme

  • Final payment is due 14 days before your event

  • We accept cash, check and Venmo (@kchappycampers)

  • We do not refund cancellations, but will gladly work with you to reschedule your party date due to emergencies or illness. We do not refund tents for guest cancellation or no-shows.

  • All furniture must be moved out of the way before we arrive for setup. (For insurance reasons, we are not allowed to move your furniture.) Homes must be non-smoking homes, no exceptions.

  • Each tent requires a space of 85” depth and 45” width. See common tent configurations here to gauge your space.

  • Campers should bring their own sleeping pillows. For hygenic reasons, we do not provide them. They may also bring extra blankets if desired.
